Cambodia to Import More Electricity from Vietnam

Cambodia trade of electricity with Vietnam is set to hit 200 megawatts per year according to Xinhua News.
The announcement made by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen to is in reaction to continued increase in electricity prices of approximately 25 percent per year.

Cambodia Set to Open Cambodia Stock Exchange in 2009

Korea Exchange (KRX) and the Cambodia government have finally agreed to establish a Cambodia stock exchange in 2009 according to The Economic Times.
The Cambodia government will own 51 percent and KRX will own 49 percent of the new exchange with KRX acting as the regulatory body to oversee trading.
