In a diplomatic agreement between Cambodia, Vietnam and Brunei, the three countries have agreed to cooperate in terms of oil and gas exploration according to Borneo Bulletin.
The agreement stems from a past agreement signed 3 months ago that focused on petroleum, sports cooperation, and the avoidance of double taxation.
In return for oil and gas expertise provided by Brunei, Cambodia and Vietnam and would help position Brunei as a tourist hub for Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
