MTV Networks Asia and Cambodia’s Advance Communications (CADCOMMS) have entered into a mobile licensing deal to provide 3G platform content according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Cambodia investment will allow MTV to deliver MTV and Nickelodeon content directly to Cambodia mobile subscribers.

While the MTV deal to invest in Cambodia is exciting and fresh, the concern is whether Cambodia’s Advance Communications (CADCOMMS) can deliver the quality of service required for video content at a price users can afford.
